Hello

Each of us has our own unique story: where we were born, what we have experienced, what are our dreams. Sometimes, our situation doesn’t always turn out the way we imagined. We can become overwhelmed and experience different emotions like sadness, loss, anxiety, and depression. It is my desire to help people navigate their situation. My approach is one of empathy, to provide a safe and comfortable place for you. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you develop the tools needed to navigate your path.

My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, failure to launch teens and their families, ADHD, couples, premarital, and eating disorders.
