ABOUT PERSPECTIVES

Perspectives was founded on a simple idea: Empower people to achieve well-being.

Since launching our counseling and psychotherapy practice in 1981, we have believed access to mental healthcare is a key ingredient in well-being. Through our work, we realized that if we wanted to have a greater impact, we needed to provide resources to address the stressors that impact mental health like work, finances, family and beyond.

 

We expanded into the workplace as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider offering access to work/life resources, as well as counseling. In doing so, we observed that many of the issues that organizations and teams experienced revolved around interpersonal, relationships, leadership effectiveness, team development and workplace culture. This inspired us to build out our organizational consulting offering.

Job Description

 

Part time & Full-time openings! Perspectives Counseling and Psychotherapy Centers is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers & psychologists. We have 6 Locations available throughout the Chicagoland area with telehealth options as well. This position will include some shifts/hours being available via video telehealth and some hours in person on site at one of our locations.
 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Master’s Degree that has led to licensure as an LCSW, MFT, LCPC, and LPC. We do consider candidates that are still obtaining hours for full licensure (board interns). Candidates should have excellent communication, leadership, and relationship building skills with an eagerness to get involved in what the company does for its customer. Innovative and creative problem-solving approach is required.

 

Working as for Perspectives Counseling and Psychotherapy Centers gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in a private practice type setting without the hassle of billing and scheduling. We have a team of people that will assist you with insurance paneling, do your billing, initial intake calls and scheduling. We offer a competitive compensation with vacation time, and benefits.

Job Requirements

• Ability to manage a private practice case load

• Attend staff meetings and engage in a positive culture.

• Comfortable with rescheduling any cancelled appointments and maintaining your caseload.

• Willingness to learn and use telehealth platforms as needed for therapy practices and meetings.

• Provide behavioral health services to a diverse population
