We all experience a wide variety of feelings during our life time.  Uncomfortable feelings such as anxiety, depression, resentment, guilt and shame are often difficult to own and process.  When these feelings are not well processed, they disrupt our sense of self-esteem and self-worth.

I became an LCSW in 2013 to pursue my passion to help people regain their sense of self-esteem and self-worth.  In my practice, I often use therapeutic techniques such as active/empathic listening, reflection, reality testing and boundary setting.  These techniques help my clients feel better about themselves and live fuller, more meaningful lives.
