Individual Therapy

Individual counseling is a caring and collaborative relationship in which you and your counselor meet one on one to explore what emotional challenges are holding you back from living your life more fully –in relationships, family, career, creatively, or spiritually. Even if you aren't sure what is causing your problems, you can still get in touch with us. Part of the initial work together will be to determine what is going on and set a course of treatment aimed at helping you.

We provide a safe space for you to comfortably bring up any challenges you are having in order to understand and overcome them. Through this work, you will begin to feel stronger, more empowered, and more confident in your ability to move forward in your life.
