Q: Can I benefit from counseling?

If you’ve asked the question, this is likely the right time in your life to start therapy or counseling. Therapy has been proven to be an effective tool in coping with and improving one’s quality of life. Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. Most people find the support and guidance of counseling helps them feel better and better cope personally and professionally.

Q: What is the cost of therapy?

We understand that making the decision to seek help and get counseling is also a financial one.  Our counselors are on many insurance provider panels and will work with you in order to make the best use of your insurance benefits so that your counseling is more affordable.

 

Q: What are your hours?

Our sessions are by appointment only so we are flexible in scheduling them at times convenient for you at one of our seven Chicagoland locations. Our counselors are available in the morning, midday, evenings and weekends.

Appointments are set up within 48 hours of your first call.

Q: What is the duration of each therapy session?

Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes long.

Q: How long will I be in counseling?

Since we personalize your counseling, the length of your time with us will depend on the issue(s) and goals established by you and your counselor during the course of your counseling.

Q: What issues can I address with my counselor?
