"The Great Balancing Act: 9 Quotes to Help You Stay Positive"

Life is one great balancing act between family, friends, work, love and health.  Learning to balance all the different parts takes a special kind of talent.  We all have days when we are not feeling as positive as we should be.  There are many things in life itself that can get us down.  So it is helpful to develop ways in which to give ourselves positive messages.

While there are many quotes that can help you stay positive, here are a few that I have read and really enjoyed.  They might provide positive thoughts to help deal with any adversity:

“Every day may not be good…but there’s something good in every day.” ~ Alice Morse Earle

We all have bad days at one time or another but we should be able to find at least one good thing that happened or that we can be thankful for.

“Surround yourself with the dreamers, doers, the believers and the thinkers, but most importantly surround yourself with those who see greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself."  ~ Edmund Lee

I like this quote because it reminds us how important it is to surround ourselves with people who see the greatness in each of us even when we may be having difficulty doing that.

“The best way to be happy is to turn the negative into positives. Don’t let anyone steal your joy and be thankful for what you have.”  ~ Anonymous

This quote really hits home with me.  It is easy to focus on what is wrong with life.  In the past, I have had moments when I did not appreciate the things I had.   By keeping this quote in mind,  I have been able to turn negatives into positives and focus more on being thankful for what I have rather than lamenting what I don’t.

Each day provides a new opportunity to make a positive change.

Think about them and decide which of these  you might work for you so that you can give yourself the positive affirmations that we all need and deserve.
